Maharashtra cops seize drugs worth Rs 363 crore from Dubai container
NAVI MUMBAI: Around 73kg heroin worth around Rs 363 crore was recovered from inside the steel frame of a shipping container from the freight station of a logistics firm at Ajivali village in Panvel taluka on Thursday.
The container had been shipped from Dubai and landed at
port some six-seven months ago. The Navi Mumbai crime branch made the seizure after raiding the container station on a tip-off. “An FIR has been registered under the NDPS Act against all those who facilitated the export and import of the consignment,” said police commissioner
